GA41: juízo - Urteil

[…] já para Aristóteles  , a proposição, enquanto simples enunciado, se tornou o fio condutor da determinação do Ser (da coisalidade) da coisa, quer dizer, das categorias. Ao enunciado «a casa é alta» chama-se também um juízo. Julgar é um acto do pensar. O julgar é um modo particular da razão se realizar e agir. Kant   chama entendimento, entendimento puro, à razão, enquanto razão judicativa. As proposições e enunciados são actos do entendimento. O sistema procurado dos princípios de todas as proposições é, por isso, o sistema dos princípios do entendimento puro. (p. 124)

[…] already for Aristotle, the proposition as simple assertion was the guideline for the determinations of being (the thingness) of things, i.e., the categories. The assertion "the house is high” is also called a judgment. Judging is an act of thought. Judging is a particular way in which reason takes place and acts. Pure reason as judging reason Kant calls understanding, the pure understanding. Propositions and assertions are acts of the understanding. The system   of the principles of all propositions for which he sought is, therefore, the system of the principles of pure understanding. (p. 122)

[…] daß   schon für Aristoteles der Satz   als einfache Aussage zum Leitfaden der Bestimmungen des [125] Seins (der Dingheit  ) der Dinge, d. h. der Kategorien   wurde. Die Aussage: »Das Haus ist hoch« nennt man auch ein Urteil  . Das Urteilen ist ein Akt   des Denkens. Das Urteilen ist eine besondere Weise  , wie Vernunft   sich vollzieht und handelt. Die reine Vernunft als urteilende Vernunft nennt Kant Verstand, den reinen Verstand. Die Sätze, Aussagen, sind Verstandeshandlungen. Das gesuchte System der Grundsätze aller Sätze ist daher das System der Grundsätze des reinen Verstandes. (p. 124-125)
