GA18:12-13 – conceito (Begrieff)

Lo que autorizó el retorno a la definición fue el hecho de que, según la lógica tradicional, el concepto se expresa en el sentido genuino a través de la definición, que en la definición el concepto viene a sí mismo. Para Kant  , el concepto se distingue de la intuición en la medida en que la intuición simplemente ve a un individuo en su ser-allí, mientras que el concepto ve el mismo objeto pero, por así decirlo, lo comprende. En la representación del concepto, sé lo que uno entiende por él y otro también sabe. Es decir, el concepto hace que lo representado sea también inteligible para otros y, por lo tanto, es una representación general. El concepto de res representada hace que la materia representada también sea inteligible para otros; representa la materia con cierta atadura. En la definición, el concepto debe volverse a sí mismo.

What authorized the return to definition   was the fact that, according to traditional logic, the concept is expressed in the genuine sense through definition, that in the definition the concept comes to itself. The concept is, for Kant, distinguished from intuition insofar as intuition simply sees an individual in its being-there, while the concept sees the same object but, so to speak, understands it. In the representatio of the concept, I know what one understands by it, and another also knows. That is, the concept makes the represented intelligible for others too, and thus it is a general representation. The concept of a represented res makes the represented matter intelligible to others also; it represents the matter with a certain bindingness. In the definition, the concept is to come to itself.
