Abgrenzung

Abgrenzung, délimitation, delimitação, differentiating, deslinde

In conclusion we can say that, in Being and Time, Heidegger does not lose sight of the anthropological theme. Rather, he transforms and sublates the issue by focusing on the ontological ground of the human being in Dasein. Inscribed within a philosophy of Being and Dasein, the question of the human being is still very much present, but no longer reducible to traditional anthropology or psychology. It is for this reason that Heidegger insists on the demarcation (Abgrenzung) of the analytic of Dasein from anthropology, especially if such anthropology starts out from an already assumed concept of the human that is no longer open to philosophical questioning.
