GA14:8-9 – DÁ-SE SER

Ernildo Stein

Do ente dizemos: ele é.

(QUESTIONS III-IV)

Stambaugh

We say of beings: they are. With regard to the matter “Being” and with regard to the matter “time,” we remain cautious. We do Not (5) say: Being is, time is, but rather: there is Being and there is time.1 For the moment we have only changed the idiom with this expression. Instead of saying “it isl’ we say “there is,“ “It gives.” [HEIDEGGER, Martin. On Time and Being. Translated by Joan Stambaugh. New York: Harper & Row, 1972, p. 4-5]

Original

[GA14:8-9]
