Onde, porém, se joga o jogo de articulação dos quatro modos de deixar-viger? Eles deixam chegar à vigência o que ainda não vige. Com isto, são regidos e atravessados, de maneira uniforme, por uma condução que conduz o vigente a aparecer. Platão nos diz o que é essa condução numa sentença do Banquete (205b): (...) “Todo deixar-viger (Veranlassung) ο que passa e procede do não vigente para a vigência (Anwesen) é ποίησις (poiesis), é pro-dução (Her-vor-bringen)”.

Uma pro-dução, ποίησις, não é apenas a confecção artesanal e nem somente levar a aparecer e conformar, poética e artisticamente, a imagem e o quadro. Também a φύσις, o surgir e elevar-se por si mesmo, é uma pro-dução, é ποίησις. A φύσις é até a máxima ποίησις. Pois o vigente φύσει tem em si mesmo (ἕν ἐαυτῷ) o eclodir da pro-dução. Enquanto o que é pro-duzido pelo artesanato e pela arte, por exemplo, o cálice de prata, não possui o eclodir da pro-dução em si mesmo, mas em um outro (ἕν ἄλλῳ), no artesão e no artista. Dans quel domaine, cependant, joue le jeu concerté des quatre modes du « faire-venir »? Ce qui n’est pas encore présent, ils le laissent arriver dans la présence. Ainsi sont-ils régis d’une façon une par un conduire, qui conduit une chose présente dans l’ « apparaître ». Dans une phrase du Banquet (205 b), Platon nous dit ce qu’est cet acte de conduire : (...)

« Tout faire-venir (Veranlassung), pour ce  –  quel qu’il soit  –  qui passe et s’avance du non-présent dans la présence, est ποίησις, est pro-duction (Hervor-bringen). »

Le point essentiel est que nous prenions la pro-duction dans toute sa portée et en même temps au sens des Grecs. Une pro-duction, ποίησις, n’est pas seulement la fabrication artisanale, elle n’est pas seulement l’acte poétique et artistique qui fait apparaître et informe en image. La φύσις, par laquelle la chose s’ouvre d’elle-même, est aussi une pro-duction, est ποίησις. La φύσις est même ποίτσις au sens le plus élevé. Car ce qui est présent φύσει a en soi (ἕν ἐαυτῷ) (cette possibilité de) s’ouvrir (qui est impliquée dans) la pro-duction, par exemple (la possibilité qu’a) la fleur de s’ouvrir dans la floraison. Au contraire, ce qui est pro-duit par l’artisan ou l’artiste, par exemple la coupe d’argent, n’a pas en soi (la possibilité de) s’ouvrir (impliquée dans) la pro-duction, mais il l’a dans un autre (ἕν ἄλλῳ), dans l’artisan ou dans l’artiste. But in what, then, does the playing in unison of the four ways of occasioning play? They let what is Not yet present arrive into presencing. Accordingly, they are unifiedly ruled over by a bringing that brings what presences into appearance. Plato tells us what this bringing is in a sentence from the Symposium (205b): (...) "Every occasion for whatever passes over and goes forward into presencing from that which is not presencing is poiesis, is bringing-forth (Her-vor-bringen).”

It is of utmost importance that we think bringing-forth in its full scope and at the same time in the sense in which the Greeks thought it. Not only handcraft manufacture, not only artistic and poetical bringing into appearance and concrete imagery, is a bringing-forth, poiesis. physis also, the arising of something from out of itself, is a bringing-forth, poiesis. Physis is indeed poiesis in the highest sense. For what presences by means of physis has the bursting open belonging to bringing-forth, e.g., the bursting of a blossom into bloom, in itself (en heautöi). In contrast, what is brought forth by the artisan or the artist, e.g., the silver chalice, has the bursting open belonging to bringing-forth not in itself, but in another (en allöi), in the craftsman or artist. worin spielt nun aber das Zusammenspiel der Vier Weisen des Ver-an-lassens? Sie lassen das noch Nicht Anwesende ins Anwesen ankommen. Demnach sind sie einheitlich durchwaltet von einem bringen, das Anwesendes in den Vorschein bringt. Was dieses Bringen ist, sagt uns Platon in einem Satz des »Symposion« (205 b): (...)

»Jede Veranlassung für das, was immer aus dem Nicht-Anwesenden über- und vorgeht in das Anwesen, ist ποίησις, ist Her-vor-bringen.«

Alles liegt daran, daß Wir das Her-vor-bringen in seiner ganzen Weite und zugleich im Sinne der Griechen denken. Ein Her-vor-bringen, ποίησις, ist nicht nur das handwerkliche Verfertigen, nicht nur das künstlerisch-dichtende zum-scheinen- und ins-Bild-Bringen. Auch die φύσις, das von-sich-her Aufgehen, ist ein Her-vor-bringen, ist ποίησις. Die φύσις ist sogar ποίησις im höchsten Sinne. Denn das φύσει Anwesende hat den Aufbruch des Her-vor-bringens, z.B. das Aufbrechen der Blüte ins Erblühen, in ihr Selbst (εν ἐαυτῷ).. Dagegen hat das handwerklich und künstlerisch Her-vor-gebrachte, z.B. die Silberschale, den Aufbruch des Her-vor-bringens nicht in ihm selbst, sondern in einem Anderen (ἕν ἀλλω), im Handwerker und Künstler.
