Esse acontecimento da transformação da re-velação pela dis-torção em não-distorção e dessa em correção deve ser considerado conjuntamente com a transformação da physis em idea, do logos, como reunião, no logos, como enunciado. No fundo disso tudo se elabora, então, para o próprio Ser, aquela interpretação definitiva, que a palavra ousia solidifica e consolida. Ela pensa o Ser no sentido da apresentação constante, de objetividade dada (Vorhandenheit). Em consequência, o ente, em sentido próprio, é então o sempre-ente, aei on. Constantemente presente, porém, é aquilo a que, de antemão, em toda apreensão e elaboração temos sempre de recorrer e retornar, o modelo, a idea. Constantemente presente é aquilo a que em todo logos, (enunciar), temos sempre de remontar como o substrato já, desde sempre, subjacente, o hypokeimenon, subjectum. Do ponto de vista da physis, do surgir e nascer, o substrato já sempre subjacente é o proteron, o anterior, o a priori.

Essa determinação do ser do ente caracteriza a maneira em que o ente se contrapõe a todo apreender e enunciar. O hypokeimenon é o precursor da interpretação posterior do ente, como objeto. A percepção, o noein, é absorvido pelo Logos no sentido de enunciado. E assim se chega àquela percepção que, ao determinar algo como algo, percebe (durchvernimmt) por através do que lhe vem ao encontro, dianoeisthai. Essa percepção predicativa por através de, dianoia, é a determinação essencial do entendimento, no sentido da representação judicativa. A percepção torna-se entendimento, a percepção se faz razão.

L’événement du passage de la non-latence au non-de-travers en passant par la méversion, et du non-de-travers à la justesse, au correct, va de pair avec le passage de la φύσις à l’ἰδέα, du λόγος comme recueillement au λόγος comme proposition. A partir de tout cela se dégage et s’accuse maintenant, pour l’être lui-même, l’interprétation définitive que cristallise le mot οὐσία. Celui-ci désigne l’être au sens de présence constante, de subsistance constante. Ce qui est à proprement parler, c’est donc le toujours-étant, ἀεῖ ὂν. Ce qui adeste constamment, c’est ce à quoi nous devons recourir d’emblée dans toute saisie et toute production, le modèle, l’ἰδέα. Ce qui est constamment adestant, c’est ce à quoi nous devons recourir comme à ce qui est toujours déjà pro-jacent, dans tout λόγος, toute énonciation : l’ὑποκείμενον, subjectum. Ce qui est déjà pro-jacent, c’est, vu du côté de la φύσις, de l’épanouissement, le πρότερον, l’antérieur, l’a priori.

Cette détermination de l’être de l’étant caractérise la façon dont l’étant est ob-posé à toute saisie et à toute énonciation. L’ύπoκείμεvov annonce l’interprétation ultérieure de l’étant comme objet. L’appréhension, le νοεῖν, est prise en charge par le logos conçu comme proposition. Le νοεῖν devient ainsi l’appréhender qui, dans la détermination de quelque chose comme quelque chose, per-çoit, per-appré-hende (διανοεῖσθαι) le donné. Ce per-cevoir énonçant, διάνοια, est la caractéristique essentielle de l’entendement conçu comme un se-représenter jugeant. L’appréhension devient l’entendement, l’appréhension devient la raison.

This happening of the transformation of unconcealment, by way of distortion, to undistortedness and from this to correctness, must be seen together with the transformation of phusis into idea, of logos as gathering into logos as assertion. On the basis of all this, the final interpretation of Being that is secured in the word ousia works itself out and works itself to the fore. Ousia. means Being in the sense of constant presence, presence at hand. Consequently, what really is is what always is, aei on. What is continuously coming to presence is what we must go back to, in advance, in all comprehending and producing of anything: the model, the idea. What is continuously coming to presence is what we must go back to in all logos, asserting, as what always already lies at hand, the hupokeimenon, subjectum. What always already lies at hand before us is, from the point of view of phusis, of emergence, what is proteron, the earlier, the a prion.

This determination of the Being of beings characterizes the way in which beings stand against all comprehending and asserting. The hupokeimenon is the forerunner of the later interpretation of the being as object.] Apprehension, noein, is taken over by logos in the sense of the assertion. It thus becomes the apprehending that, in determining something as something, analyzes it, thinks it through by taking it through,108 dianoeisthai. This analysis by means of assertions, dianoia, is the essential determination of the understanding in the sense of the representing that makes judgments. Apprehending becomes understanding, apprehending becomes reason.

Dieses Geschehen des Wandels der Unverborgenheit über die Verkehrung zur Unverkehrtheit und von dieser zur Richtigkeit muß mit dem Wandel der φύσις zur ἰδέα, des λόγος als Sammlung zum λόγος als Aussage zusammengesehen werden. Aufgrund von all dem arbeitet sich nun für das Sein selbst jene endgültige Auslegung heraus und hervor, die das Wort οὐσία verfestigt. Es meint das Sein im Sinne der ständigen Anwesenheit, Vorhandenheit. Eigentlich seiend ist demzufolge das Im-mer-Seiende, ἀεί ὂν. Beständig anwesend ist jenes, worauf wir im vorhinein bei allem Erfassen und Herstellen von etwas zurückgehen müssen, das Muster, die ἰδέα. Beständig anwesend ist jenes, worauf wir in jedem λόγος, Aussagen, als auf das immer schon Vorliegende zurückgehen müssen, das ὑποκείμενον, subjectum. Das immerschon Vor-liegende ist, von der φύσις, vom Aufgehen her gesehen, das πρότερον, das Frühere, das Apriori.

Diese Bestimmung des Seins des Seienden kennzeichnet die Weise, in der das Seiende allem Erfassen und Aussagen entgegensteht. Das ὑποκείμενον ist der Vorläufer der späteren Auslegung des Seienden als Gegenstand. Die Vernehmung, das νοεῖν, wird vom Logos im Sinne der Aussage übernommen. So wird es zu jenem Vernehmen, das im Bestimmen von etwas als etwas das Begegnende durch-nimmt, durchvemimmt, διανοεῖσθαι. Dieses aussagende Durchnehmen, διάνοια, ist die Wesensbestimmung des Verstandes im Sinne des urteilenden Vorstellens. Vernehmung wird zu Verstand, Vernehmung wird Vernunft.
